Microneedling
Microneedling (also known as skin needling or collagen induction therapy) is a treatment that uses fine needles to cause micro-tears in the skin. These small contact points encourage the body to create a wound healing response, promote skin growth factors and renew the skin. As your skin repairs, the production of collagen and elastin is triggered to give an almost immediate plumping effect. Each microneedling session should be 4 weeks apart. It is important to have no intense sun exposure at least 2 weeks pre or post your microneedling visit. This will reduce the risk of hyperpigmentation. Each microneedling visit will conclude with use of our DERMALUX which will help calm and soothe your skin plus stimulate collagen.
One maintenance treatment should be undertaken every 3 months (€200).
